To start, this mod is amazing. I love it. Unfortunaltey I've been having issues tending it near unplayable with friends. I've made a mission in Eden editor on the poland1944 map that I can play by myself with no problem.. But with 1 or 2 of my buddies in with me there is a huge desync that happens and causes everything to jetlag, stutter, delay, etc...
The mission itself is not very big, not alot of thing in it. I guess my question is, are there certain units or buildings or vehicles or items that are bugged and shouldn't be used just yet that could cause this? Or if the issue may be something else entirely...

Can you be more specific, as the theres many mods for the conversions, a mod can make or break your performance.

Few questions for you:

1. Are You and your friends using any mods aside IFA3, or you playing with IFA2?
2. Whats in the mission in terms of number of AI? as well as whats in the mission?
3. Using any scripts?

We're using all of the ifa3 mods except the if_other_addons, (warmod, geist, cba a3) as well as, mcc, drift no fatigue, weapon sway, NIarsenal, edn fortification, plus a few others.

As far as items/units in mission.... About 7 full squads of red army infantry and 1 mechanized squad of infantry (I switched the m3 backtrack to the Russian equivalent in this squad). I've placed 2 searchlight statics, 1 maxim machine gun static, a couple of cosmetic things like a couple tables, a few tents, sanbag walls, 1 camo tent net, and 2 empty ZiS trucks, static communications truck, 3 pieces of "Intel" (documents, secret files), 2 camping fireplaces, and a machine gun trench placement.

Other additions are maybe 25 or so waypoints in total down for the AI.

Thanks for the info, but your main issue is your mods, i will list the ones causing the problems:
  • A3MP
  • A3MP-AP
  • AiATP
  • DragonfyreEden
  • DriftNoFatigue

  • IFA3SA
  • IFA3WARMOD
  • LIB_DLC

I narrowed the issue down to these, IFA3 itself is this:
  • IF
  • IFA3
  • IFA3M
  • IFA3SA
  • LIB_DLC

so you dont need to list those other then just say @IFA3 as IFA3 needs all the mods there to run.
  • DragonfyreEden
This is a sound mod, you should need to run this with IFA3 because it wont do anything, all the sounds from this mod will only effect arma3 modern guns.

  • DriftNoFatigue

Dont need this as with my mod IFA3WarMod theres already something in the mod for fatigue.
  • A3MP
  • A3MP-AP
  • AiATP
These add ton of maps, and basically port maps from arma2/arma2CO/OA you should be using CUP maps as A3MP is an out of date map project
whos maps aren't imo completely optimized, cant say but overall CUP maps are the latest and a large project done by many modders.

Lastly:
  • IFA3WARMOD
This is my mod, and this mod is designed for SP -Singleplayer, i've got quite a number of posts, pm's and comments about the performance in MP
with it, and again thats because its not meant or built for MP, so remove it, I will have my MP version released sometime today.

As for whats in the mission:

this adds to the problem, as AI demand CPU power, what I would suggest is the following:
  • Instead of placing AI in a misison and them being there when you get there, spawn them in at a certain distance, use a AI spawn script

Welcome. MP version will be out this week, early or late idk atm, i still have one more thing to do, and just finished another version of my mod, so real soon!
