Hi All,

  I found this today:-

Map Overlay in Coop Mission

It is something I'd like to incorporate into a mission, but running ARMA 3 with the @IFA3 mods (and likely as not, many other community content mods), the Game Logic required to add the Map effect is missing.

The Game Logic required is:- 'Locations' - 'Area'.

I tried using 'Locations' - 'Location' but that didn't work, neither did any of the other similar Game Logic types available when you run the mods.

Anybody shed any light on how to get this to work?

No idea, but maybe (not tested) you could create a map with the correct module on, (when not using all your mods) then open the .sqm file and copy and paste the info for that module into your actual mission sqm file. It's a shot in the dark, but you never know.

Excellent idea Tayuk ~ and it worked!

All that was needed was to give the [incorrect] Game Logic a unique name,
so it would be easy to find in the Mission.sqm,
then change the "vehicle" of the Module to the Module I needed.

 The Module needed was:-

side="LOGIC";
vehicle="LocationArea_F";
