Heres a movie staring Brad Pitt titled Fury

Looking forward to this movie!
The more realistic they make these, the more you appreciate the depth, and history of what the soldiers did in WW2.

What you guys think about this upcoming movie?

They are using a real tiger from Bowington tank museum for this one, aparantly the first time a real one has been used for a movie...

Looks like good fun but... too much Hollywood. I can't wait to see what Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg are doing with Masters of the Air. A take on Memphis Belle.

looks interesting. Lets hope this is not the typical Hollywood movie depicting WW2; we are the best! we won the war singlehandedly! blah blah blah...

And don't get your hopes up too much with Masters of the Air, will probably turn into another Red Tails...

I guess I'm one of the last people to see this Trailer.
better late then never,  even though I'm only hearing negative remarks regarding "Fury" months before its even released [rolleyes],
I'm still very excited about it. theres just not enough good war movies being made these days. but you can always count on a couple Demon possession Flicks being released every month.

I have been wanting to make a Tank crew co-op Mission Series and this Trailer has kicked me into gear.

I hope some of you will join me for a game in my new Co-op Mission series

I'm looking forward to it, I always enjoyed the cramped places of a tank, creates that close knit atmosphere, but for the movie sake I just hope
there wont be anything unrealistic, i mean I want to really believe that its possible, or would have or was possible, and I forget now based on a true story?
So it happened.

I hate movies that are supposed to be accurate, or historical and then the blow things out of proportion, and your sitting there saying "ya right" to yourself in certain situations.

Is the tank in the movie a standard M4 Sherman? its not a firefly right?

I would recommend the FURY movie to any fan of WWII.
it has some epic battle scenes and is a very good depiction of what it must have been like to be a Tanker.

5 Stars     *****

I think the tank they used is a US Sherman M4A3E8, 76mm gun. They called it the Easy 8. Definitely not a British firefly. Looks like a good film.

I watched 'Ambush Bay' yesterday. It's a WWII pacific theatre film. I cannot say I would give it a particularly positive review, but one part sticks in my mind. The 'squad' come across a Japanese tank, except it is a Sherman tank decked in Japanese camouflage and markings. OK, potentially a feasible scenario, a captured American tank ... except the film-makers neglect to cover for their (quite clearly) budget-inspired choice, and the viewer is left listening to the squad discussing this Japanese tank, and how they might get shot of it, without any of them mentioning the fact. Set in 1944 this was probably the film's weakest point.

Whether the websites are legit, posting multiple links to the same site is considered spamming, as far as I know the movie isn't
out on dvd yet, how one can get a copy of the movie before its released to the public aside the theaters to me is piracy.

Just got done watching the movie, they really put alot of real war visuals into it, action wise it was very enjoyable, very chaotic and scary, some parts are sad,
some things I thought they could have done a tad better but overall a good war movie, its definitely a must watch.
