Hi totenkopf! Welcome to the IF Fan forums!
Thanks for the compliments, for the Thompson sound issue please report with just running IFA3 and IFA3WarMod
itself so we know nothing else is influencing the sound of the gun.
I will make note of it however and have scar look into it, also note that there is a sound mod in the mod it titled san6_sound.pbo
remove that and see if the sound issue persists with just IFA3 itself.

Theres several injury medical features in the mod, one is ace.medical, the other for bleeding is TPW but thats more specific to ai then player, the other I believe
you are referring too is GL5, go into your userconfig and look at the GL5 files there, they all open up with notepad, but I dont get an first aid prompt myself
and i dont see anything listed for GL5.

For bleedout there is also another feature for that go here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\userconfig\TPW_MODS
and click on the file that is titled: TPW Settings.jar
  1. Go to where it says bleedout click on it and a window will open.
  2. Go to the top of it and there is a box that is titled "active" uncheck that.
  3. then go to bottom right and apply changes
  4. exit out of that window and see if bleedout has a red box to the left it
  5. exit out and then try the game and see if anything changes for you.

Update
An update for you guys, patch may release late like end of tonight, or start of monday as I still need to put some
files together, and some other info, as well as upload.
What i will have is a full version of the mod with the patch applied, and for those who just want to apply a patch i will have that too.
New patch will be v1.1

Patch will fix alot of stuff, and add quite a few new things which some i need to put down info for.
Scar and i have once again spent our entire sunday early morning 2am til 11am working on features, fixes,
and testing for this patch as well as this past week. [comp] [crazy]

Sit tight the patch will be here real soon!

Alright fellas, here we have a patch for you to fix and add some more features.

Changelog for the patch
v1.1 - August 31th, 2015

Fixes/Updates
  • Fixed zoom - (now you can zoom again outside the automatic zoom for your iron sites)
  • Fixed the Willy's jeep as it had no engine sound
  • Updated ace AI rates of fire ai engage distances and some weapon related
  • Fixed sounds + added new sounds
  • Fixed and added more sounds for the Thompson
  • Fixed misc script, and config issues
  • Tweaked sway and recoil values (note set value to 0 (zero) for no sway in the userconfig)
  • Fixed ammo issues with 100 -150rds for the mg's
  • Fixed box.pbo, new pictures and sounds that were missing and caused random errors
  • Fixed a lot of scripts that were causing random errors in the damage.pbo and in the ifa3_core.pbo too
  • Fixed script issues too in if_weapos1.pbo
  • Fixed alot of configs and scripts for the ifa3_items.pbo file
Additions
  • Added Tracers for infantry weapons, every shot fired is a tracer done for fun and effect - (only k98,G43,Mp44, all Mg's, Mosin, Svt, work right now)
  • Added new ammo box with all the new weapons, and ammo in it
  • Added spent shell casings (all bullet casings will stay on the ground for a certain shell count you can define in the userconfig) (only Infantry weapons are effected currently)
  • Added overheating to mgs, when they overheat you have to change the barrels or they stop shooting or become in accurate
  • Added/fixed backblast of bazooka and panzershreck back blast effect/smoke
  • Added L_suppress (suppression effects)
  • Added VanZant's Adjustable Grenades
  • Added 2 new ammo boxes, 1 for Germans, 1 for Russians, all new weapons and ammo included in the mod are separated and added to those boxes accordingly
  • Added new sound mod with mix of San6, Turkishsoap, & Scars own sounds with some realistic values
  • Added ASRAI
  • Removed VcomAI mod as it had to many conflicts with existing AI mods - (was done in v1.1 Full version)

  • Molotovs only work once with AI it seems, depends
  • New weapons with grenade launcher only shoots 1 grenade - (still wip)
  • unable to drag IF ammo boxes - (still wip)

Thanks guys! But the download (both patch and full version) seems to be broken... Winrar comes up with a error message saying "the archive is either unknown format or damaged". Tried downloading twice to make sure.

I have no issues on my end, both Full and patch extract fine, suggest maybe redownload winrar, or a new version of it.

Update
Wanted to point out a possible new issue with the mod, and that is a lag, freezing.
We had added a feature:

This feature is still wip as the scripts that run this are old, they are from Arma1, so the scripts need to be updated
to current Arma3 code, in the meantime you may experience, random, occasional, maybe not at all lag or sometimes a possible
freeze once in a while, it depends on the users computer's performance too, the mod works other wise, one way to increase
performance for now is to reduce the number of shells (casings) being created, this can be done in the userconfig.

File for this feature is:
dfs_cartridges.pbo

Userconfig:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\userconfig\DFS_cartridges
open the hpp with notepad and decrease the number 60 there to maybe 30, or less.
the number represents how many shells will be seen on the ground at one time.

Hello, great work i'm enjoying a lot. But me and my group have some important desyncr problems when we play multiplayer, we are also using tforce, and alive. anyone have the same issue or know hoe to solve it?

It might be the server. Not sure, do some tests... Test vanilla and then slowly start adding the mods back in one at a time. Test when you add one though.

the server is fine we dont have any problems without ace and warmod, so may be the responsable, maybe some scripts cause the desyncro or maybe is incompatible with alive :/

It sounds like a mod issue from what you say. Try removing TFAR and ALiVE mods and see what happens then.

If you have v1.1 read my previous post that may add to your issue, but Alive itself is a hefty program, as Haz said take that out and see how it performs.
We never tested IFA3WarMod in MP, hosted or dedicated so we have no idea how it runs or if features all run, mod was mainly for me at least for SP, but Scar suggested we keep the components for mp so we did, so if you guys have any feedback how its playing for you in sp and mp let us know.

Sound mod Conflict
Wanted to post again as i forgot to mention it, as Scar reminded me of it the other day when we were working on the patch,
that with the v1.1 patch we have new sound mod in there so you will need to remove san6_sound.pbo in order for that mod to work.
You only need to do that if you have v1.0 of IFA3WarMod and are going to apply the v1.1 patch,
if you just downloaded the fullv1.1 then dont worry about it.
