An update for you guys if you havent seen my one post on IFA3WarMod thread, I will post it here:

Here is a quote from a conversation Kju and I had about IFA3WarModSA (SA for short) and WOG, this was on IFA3 Lite's Discord.

did you get my LG40, and nebelwerfer in there too?

yes they are ported too. in fact the nebelwerfer from WarMod is more advanced due to theOden's changes

i will send you via the other accs what in WarMod is still exclusive/not in WoG.

So basically IFA3WarModSA is somewhat on hold for the moment in terms of updates, and adding new content to it,
and what i want to do is release the new converted version for you guys, as for WOG's stuff that remains to be seen.

Hi Gunter.
 Not sure if I'm asking this in the right forum, I know you've got a lot going on but...
Steam just did the latest ARMA update along with updating some mods. Everything works ok now except your WARMOD. When I try to enable it I get a window with options regarding your mod.

1 "Works in 32 bit only - change to 32 bit"  I try this and the game crashes.
2 "Start game in 64 bit mode-play anyway"  I try this and the game crashes.
When I disable the mod everything is ok.

Once again after the big updates, starting up missions disables a bunch of lines/items/files as not available. I can only assume they are related to your mod as it's always enabled.

Could not find this problem on any other forums so I'm coming here. Any thoughts

Hi, Have no idea about IFA3WarModSA, havent played with it, or used it since the last update i made for it.
The mod has been put on the shelf because IFA3 Lite team and WOG group were doing something with the mod, Kju a couple months ago made
IFA3WarModSA compatible with IFA3 Lite, but as far as the Arma3 update goes, idk, I cant help you guys with this mod.

Remember that IFA3WarModSA is a compilation mod of many other mods from other author's whom I had permissions to include their content, i cannot fix,
or do anything with the mod, as far as I'm concerned your best bet is to ask Kju on IFA3 Lite thread and see what can be done as basically some
of the mods in the mod are being built or have been done in IFA3Lite, aside that this mod is either broke, not compatible or what, again I dont know.

Dont ask for any updates to this mod as im done with it, it ran fine over the summer til IFA3 Lite updated and changed all kinds of stuff on their end,
and then of course Arma3 updated too, thats expected with the Arma series mods, I'm sorry guys it is what it is,
all my WarMods are compilation mods so keep that in mind.

Some parts of the mod may still work if certain things do then great.
I suggest you test the mod not in a mission but on a blank map on the editor, and place units, or whatever from the mod and do that.
Remember this thread is for IFA3WarModSA the mod contains added content which is infantry weapons, tanks, vehicles, and statics.

IF you want the gameplay only version of my WarMod for IFA3 then you want this mod

Best to ask him, he converted the mod a couple months back to be compatible but IFA3 has been updated
a few times so i can only assume things are broke again, just a guess.

Some of the content he cannot just add as its from other authors and would need permissions from them, for most of it WOG team already has it,
and there has already been a few things that IFA3 developed on their end that is better quality and detail then whats in the mod, so i can already say yes
there is a few things in IFA3 already that is not from IFA3WarModSA but the same content just created on their end.

Will their be more? or any content from the mod to be added to IFA3?

We are still waiting on the source from WoG/Shvetz..

We did port the WoG pack (without the sources) to get them to move to the new LITE version but it still hasnt happened (almost 4 months later..).
Jegor will try to force the issue himself now, but we have to see if that works out.

Not the thread for it as the question has its own thread so keep that in mind for future questions, but I will answer here for the moment.
Full version would be when IFA3 team gets the mod where they want it, among other things, so yes its possible but I am unsure where
the mod stands, lastly use IFA3 Lite thread for such questions.

Hey guys after a brief discussion with Kju, theres a good possibility that the issues in the mod can be resolved, and that the mod will
be compatible with latest version of IFA3 Lite.
Theres no promises but the idea is suggested that after IFA3's current working update to be released soon the start of June here that Kju
will have some time to look at the mod and see what can be done to sort out the issues.
Lets hope and wait and see that this comes to fruit.

Update
Mod is dead, and broke, download and files have been removed, get the working IFA3 Liberation or similar
mod off steam workshop instead, thanks for the interest in the past. [smile]
