I saw on "youtube" a great video on how to make a massed charge,kind of Korean War scenario,or more accurately the what we are led to beleive, massed soviet charges of WW2.Slavishly i copied down the code only to find that it doesn't work,but it did in the video.So i checked and rechecked,downloaded the video to check again but to no avail.Then i searched this forum(i do try to sort things out by myself before asking) and saw that "bs"is having problems with MP missions being played as SP missions.This was a multiplayer mission.....The code is as follows,if anyone has any idea on what.

1:I'm doing wrong

    or

2:How to change it to SP.

I'd be delighted.It has great potential if placed in the right place at the right time.The code was placed in the "init" box of a "unit"or soldier,he was then copied about x50.They were then "synchronized"into small groups and given waypoints.The code was then disabled by a trigger so that they would act/react normaly.
The code forces the ai to stay upright and move forward(in this case at a run)without stopping or shooting.The trigger(near the enemy position)negated the code so that they acted normally,shooting/taking cover and throwing grenades.I was thinking of using it whilst T34's with tank riders outflanked...
Here is the code.

{_X disableai "FSM"; _X setunitpos "up"}foreach units group this;

I tried  putting "this"(no inverted commas!)before but to no avail.

the trigger code is the following

{_enableai "FSM"; _x setcombatmode}foreach thislist; hint "close enough";

Thanks to all.

In the second code (trigger code) there should be a x then space after the 1st _ and after the combat mode you should have "RED" so it should read
{_X enableai "FSM"; _X setcombatmode "RED"}foreach thislist;

Is this the video?

very nice effect

yup!That's the video!Actually i never got to the trigger script as it was giving me errors on the first part of the scripting(the normal soldiers)any thoughts? Could it be a "clash" between multiplayer code and singleplayer(is there such a thing?)code? I am CERTAIN that i "copied"it down as he said-i even took a screenshot of it and transferred it to my mobile to triple check!
