as for the "shk_taskmaster.sqf"
overlooked your hint and downloaded it just now.
First view: "Oh my god, how to.."
Seems I must have a deep look how this one is used or see an 'real' example.
Later on it may be easy enough to use then
Anyways, thx for pointing me to this one.

I don't know much about taskmaster2, but to create tasks and briefing is pretty straight forward. 1st thing to remember is the shk_taskmaster.sqf does not get altered/edited, it just sits in your mission folder.
The tasks and briefings are created in your init file.

Init.sqf
[[
      ["Task1","Your objective title here","<br/>Destroy all <marker name='Task1'>Enemy</marker> at this position. You will need etc.",true,["Markertask1", getMarkerpos "task1", "","","marker text here"]],
      ["Task2","Your 2nd objective title here","<br/>Kill <marker name='Task2'>this guy</marker> at this position. He is a nasty man.",true,["Markertask2", getMarkerpos "task2", "","","nasty man"]]
    ],[

      ["Situation/Note","You general mission notes here.<br/>And maybe on this line too."],
      ["Credits","Mission by:- Your Name<br/>Taskmaster2 by:- Shuko"]
    ]] execvm "shk_taskmaster.sqf";

Place invisible markers called "task1" and "task2" on your 2 targets position.

Then at mission start you will have 2 tasks marked on the map with the redcircle with a cross through it. Taskmaster 2 does not give you a waypoint. (i prefer to use map and compass, an add own way points using shift+left click, if game difficulty allows it)

Then you have two triggers, one for the completion of each task with this in the on activation (condition is what suits you)
trigger 1
["Task1","succeeded"] call SHK_Taskmaster_upd;

trigger 2
["Task2","succeeded"] call SHK_Taskmaster_upd;

And thats it for basic tasks.
But say you wanted to add a third task after task2 was completed, you would add another trigger with say a 5 second delay, with the condition the same as the task2 complete trigger. then in the activation box you have:-
["Task3","3rd task title here","You have killed the nasty man, now head back to HQ.", true, ["Markertask3", getMarkerpos "task3", "","","HQ"]]  call SHK_Taskmaster_add;

That creates the 3rd task. Then that 3rd task needs a trigger with condition for completion and on activation this.
["Task3","succeeded"] call SHK_Taskmaster_upd;

So as you can see it is pretty straight forward

I have not has to use anything else yet to do the job, but inside the taskmaster2.sqf file are instructions too.

I started with briefings using taskmaster2.sqf now.
Soon I got little success and an important new question while playing around with this.
How do I manage it to make the same briefing in German and Englisch?
May be trivial, just have to know the -how to- first, as ever

Ummm, I would just write the briefing out in english and german, so its written twice, just create another note part like this below in the mission init.sqf. For the tasks, just have the description in both languages separated by <br/>'s maybe. I think there maybe more technical ways of doing it but thats beyond me

[[

["Task1","task1 title here","<br/>task<marker name='Task1'>target</marker> at this position.",true,["Markertask1", getMarkerpos "task1", "","","Target"]]

],[

["Situation-ENG","Your English briefing here .<br/>And on this line.<br/>And this one if needed<br/>"],

["Situation-GER","Your German briefing here .<br/>And on this line.<br/>And this one if needed<br/>"],

["Credits","Mission by:- Tay-uk<br/>Taskmaster2 by:- Shuko"]

]] execvm "shk_taskmaster.sqf";

You can have both briefing notes, and tasks in the same script titled Briefing, I've done this in Arma2CO.
The gamewill need to be in German for it to work, but if you translate Tay and he has his game in german then it should work when he implements it.

When I said "I would just......", I neglected to say that I don't speak or write German, I'm English! don't you know we are useless at other languages and expect everyone to use english
