HI guys IDK what happened, but for some reason my geist USA uniforms don't show up in arsenal and in game as well.  I get that OF2Skeleton error that pops up in the map....  When I try to look at the model ingame it is like I am stuck in the ground etc etc....

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be great.  Thanks...  OBTW I have this is my Iron Front setup:

Iron Front A3 version 1.12
Iron Front DLC version 1.10
Iron Front version 1.15
Arma 3 Patrch version 1.56.134787

Did you introduce the Geist mod correctly?

That means you will need

@GEIST_A3
@GEIST_SUPL_A3

Do you have these?

Alright guys if you ever had an issue that I just had in regards to geist suppl models not showing up ingame and or in arsenal, just remove your @IFA3m folder and re-download it from here http://www.missionrepository.com/ifa3-installation-tutorial .  Cheers

It is easy actually.

1. Place the @Geist folder into the arma2 oa folder or iron front folder on the hard drive

2. Add the lines from the spoilers on this web page to the init field of the vehicles.
http://www.leclandesofficiers.com/Forum/index.php/topic/6604-geist-deutschen-fahrzeuge/

3. Start game and voila, it is there.

It states how to do this on this thread and if I recall correctly in the mod itself.

Yes, u must wrote text to each unit what u want: this setObjectTexture COPY HERE THE LINE
For example: this setObjectTexture [0,"@GEISTVehiculesGER_PzKpfwVI_E_Caisse_Tarn6-2_BK2_2048.paa"];

But I think its very slow and annoying way to play Geist mod in Arma2, so download the Arma3 and use rather there with a one simple modfolder. I did it too.

In the game editor when choosing a unit.
[Warfare_Playable_unit]
Write the text to the Initialization line.

Hi.

First, the link that rowdied has given are good, but after a problem on this forum (1,5 years ago approximatively), the paths are not more good... :\ Sorry. But as i didn't have time to do it again, it's normal that your result is wrong.
In fact, when you read this setObjectTexture [1,"@GEISTUniformesGER_Grade_Untersturmfuhrer_SS_Noir-B_2048.paa"];, you should read this setObjectTexture [1,"@GEIST\Uniformes\GER_Grade_Untersturmfuhrer_SS_Noir-B_2048.paa];.
Due to the accident on the forum (an internet attack), all the "\" have disappear. And the color xx indicates that the color of the writing is red. I will try to correct the color writing (it's relatively quick), but for the paths, you will have to "translate" : @GEISTUniformes = @GEIST\Uniformes. And if you wath the path on your harddisk, you will see the folder @GEIST, and the subfolder Uniformes. [wink]

Second point : the comlmands have to be applied to the correct soldiers. The Untersturmfuhrer texture has to be applied to Infanterie / First Lieutenant, as explained at the beginning of the post. Each models have their own "numerotation" ; watch at the beginning of each post, it's explained.
