Just me working on it.
Scar is busy with his school studies and has no time, so nothing yet.
  1. I have a start but still need to review the files
  2. reference them
  3. then remove those that are specifically sp
  4. then basically test
I will be working on it today so I will post some news soon of where I am at with it very soon.
I plan on releasing it today as it wont take long to review the files and test, but once I do release it, the mod will still be
considered WIP (Work in progress) and I will also setup a new thread for it here so it specifically focuses on the MP aspect of the mod,
I will link the new thread here once I get the WIP build ready, so stay tuned! [wink]

Working on a patch for the mod today, have been on and off in the past weeks, but things got delayed with IFA3 patch, and now new
testing had to be done for the patch as well as Arma3's patch.

Update - IFA3WarMod v1.2 Patch
Hello IFA3 and WarMod fans!
here I have for you after a long delay, sorry been real busy and Scar busy with his studies a patch for IFA3WarMod.
The patch isn't anything spectacular but it will update various things as well as add a couple.

Important notes:
Note 1:
Considering Arma3 was recently updated and introduced a new stamina, fatigue to the game, it effects IFA3 as well, I had
acquired permission for a new addon that will eliminate the fatigue and stamina, and if this isn't used anyone that wants to use
a panzershreck or any infantry AT weapons (non statics) you will be stuck walking, I think BIS will fix this aspect of Arma3 but until they do you
can either use this new feature in the mod or take it out and use something else, up to you.

The file for this new addon is---->  QNET_NoStamina.pbo

Note: 2
vz_a3_steadyShot.pbo - has been updated with new commands, and works with Arma3's latest patch, now what this feature does is it allows you to adjust
the recoil and sway in the game, make it solid or adjust it to how you like, now to adjust this feature you will have to go to the userconfig for it here in your Arma3 directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\userconfig\vz_addons
In the vz_addons folder is a text document where you can adjust the settings, the top 2 settings are global settings, you change those you change everything,
any questions about this let me know.

There will be a couple files I suggest you remove that is if you have applied the patch 1.14 for IFA3.
remove the following files from your IFA3WarMod addons folder:
  • dfs_cartridges.pbo  - this file uses arma1 script which lags the game if you us a high number in the userconfig, what this file does is it adds spent shell casings, so basically when you shoot your gun and you see the shells fly out the shells accumulate where you are at on the ground, with patch 1.14 this feature was implemented now by the IFA3 devs so this file is no longer necessary.
  • st_stamina_bar.pbo - this is a stamina bar you see at the bottom left of the screen when you get fatigued, you can keep it if you wish but with the new stamina and fatigue system you will have 2 bars doing almost similar things, i leave it up to you if you want to keep it or remove it.

If you guys want I can upload a full version of IFA3WarMod with the patch applied but basically all you do with the patch is extract the rar,
and drag and drop the files into your Arma3 directory.   Any questions please ask.

Thanks Gunter. 
A question.
Once IFA3WarModMP is released, will it cover both singleplayer and multiplayer, or will we still need IFA3WarMod for singleplayer? And if the latter is the case, when I create a lan server from in game, will I have to delete IFA3WarMod from the mod list and just leave IFA3WarModMP?

The MP version has the a few SP elements taken out of it for the sake of performance, only AI feature in the MP version now is from ace_AI, the rest of the
AI mods have been removed, along with TPW mods,GL5, and some other features no longer need because of the recent arma3 update.

I would suggest keeping the SP version for your own SP play and use the MP version when you do get on the server what i do as i use a launcher that allows
me to use mod profiles, also note that the MP version will have  all the new weapons and content the SP version has, lastly the mp version does not need to be on the server.

MP version when i release it will be a beta not a final version, as their may be still more tweaking that needs to be done

Update

Another patch being worked to update the mod yet again, no thank to ACE [biggrin] and another mod.

Also I will be uploading a full version of IFA3WarMod with the latest patches already applied and with the few mods removed as they

add features to the game that are already now in the game thanks to the 1.14 patch and arma3 update.

IFA3WarModMP version
MP version coming soon as I need to update it now because of some recent updates then i will release, i should have
it released before the weekend, but again know that it will be a beta and not a full working version as it still needs
quite a bit of testing and adjustment, depends thats where you guys come in and tell me what issues or things your running into.

Whenever I start any mission with IFA3WarMod, this 'ace_tracers.pbo outdate' message pops up and ends the mission.
Is it just me?

No, it means the ace tracers is out of date hence the message, your using the ace tracers from the optional folder,
with my v1.2 patch i just released I didn't update the ace tracer file.

As my previous post suggests I will have a new patch before the weekend to update the mod again as ACE has updated
and fixed several issues in it, as well as another mod in IFA3WarMod has updated.
What you can do in the meantime if your playing your mission in the editor you just press continue and end the mission then press continue
above preview in the editor and you can continue the mission, or take the tracer.pbo file out.

Update
V1.3 patch coming today!
Got to update the mod again, ACE is out of date........................again, wtf ace team, [tongue]  but theres other stuff
too i need to add that got updated, and some new stuff too [wink]
Once I get the patch together and tested I will release, i should be able to get it released today but i need to get to bed atm [sleep] so before Sunday [biggrin]

Any questions, or comments let me know, how does game run for you know with v1.2 patch i'd like to know.

Update - IFA3WarMod Patch v1.3 Release
Hello IF and WarMod fans!
I am here again to release another patch, the patch will update and add a couple of things,
see the changelog and notes below for details.

v1.3

Patch Notes v1.3

In the v1.2 patch there was added a mod named [Q-Net] NoStamina
what it does is remove the stamina ingame as Arma3's recent patch changed the stamina and fatigue which
prevented you from running around with an at weapon, let alone walk.

In v1.3 patch there is a new file added titled: Ultimate Soldier2.pbo
this is what it does:
  • Removes fatigue
  • Removes fatigue all your units
  • Removes sway
  • Enable sprint even with heavy loadouts
  • Alter recoil to the Arma 2 levels
If you prefer to have the recoil but everything else is fine then do either 3 things:

1. Keep the [Q-Net] NoStamina.pbo, and adjust the userconfig for vanzants steadshot as it has a userconfig where
you can adjust your recoil and sway.

2. Remove [Q-Net] NoStamina.pbo, as with v1.3 patch you will have Ultimate Soldier2 file/features

3. If your into realism then remove both [Q-Net] NoStamina.pbo and ULTIMATE_SOLDIER2.pbo
