Update

I am actually recompiling the mod, applying all the patches for the mod, adding some new things I recently got permission for and fixing some things i missed,
and sorting some other things out, just need to do a test, and review the readmes and I will be releasing a new version.
I'd like to start fresh and want everyone to be able to enjoy the mod to its fullest without all this extra stuff and or issues,
so I will have this new version real soon here, stay tuned!

Update - Mod rebuilt - Release!
Hello Iron front and WarMod fans, I had rebuilt IFA3WarMod,
see the changelog below:

Changelog
========
v1.4 - December 13th, 2015 (Rebuild of Mod)
====
- updated all ace files
- updated VZ Steadyshot
- updated readmes
- tweaked recoil as there was none after added Ultimate soldier2
- added Enhanced Movement - (this allows you to scale fences, climb walls, jump)
- added Ultimate Soldier2 - (this removes sway,stamina,fatigue, and returns recoil back to arma2)
- added Quick-Weapon-Drop - (this allows you to drop a weapon and any equipment on the fly)
- removed st Stamina
- removed FFI - Firefight improvement system as there were conflicts, and commanding ai wasn't working
- removed redundant files those including extra bisigns
- removed files that didn't work or applicable to WW2 (ace and nonace files)

After many tests, fixing,tweaking, adjusting things, and removing stuff, the mod works pretty good, everything is updated with latest files,
so this means all patches are applied, the notes on the former patches i made the changes and adjusted things so you all didn't have too.
I suggest redownload the full version and checking it out, you should not have any errors or issues in the mod
as i had done several tests and the mod ran without issues.

Download is on 1st post!

Welcome, i should have the MP version before or by christmas weekend, but it will be released as a beta as
I want those of you who have servers and play Mp to test it more on your ends.

For the sp version which this thread is for, i need to add some more info to the thread here about the files in it, so i will get to that soon.
Other then that, any questions, please dont hesitate to ask, remember the mod is customizable so what your playing with isn't set in stone.

Some news for the mod, Riksen a fan of IFA3WarMod has been working on porting the FG42 from my former Team (IFR) released mods to Arma3,
it looks like IFA3WarMod will have a new weapon soon the FG42!

IFA3WarMod news & Update

Hello Iron front and WarMod fans couple of things i want to bring to your attention about the mod:

Bug report & Fix

Recently I have reports of an error with the mod it is asr_ai3_settings.sqf not found the error has been found to be ASRAI mod itself,
right now all i can suggest is to remove the mod, these files:   asr_ai3_main.pbo
or wait til the author of ASRAI fixes the mod up to you guys.

FG42 Release
I plan on releasing the FG42 on the 1st of the year!

The Fg42 is a model created by my former IFR team (IFR=Iron Front Revival) back in 2013 for IFA2, recently a friend had worked ported it to Arma3 for IFA3.
the weapon is as you see it, here is a vid demonstrating the weapon:

Wow I'm impressed to see how far the mod has come since I've been gone a few months Gunter, it's like Christmas coming back to the number one weapon I requested the FG42, and they added Arma 3 for Mac. Have you been able to get this on steam workshop yet?

Hey gunter nice grenade shooter.

Is there a way to turn off ace 3 or othere AI program?

I like how the ai machine gunners shoot more, the problem is all the waypoints from the missions i am making from vanilla IF don't work.

So im finding it hard with the missions im working on, but i want all the great weapons you've added.

Any help?

Theres only 1 file in ACce 3 in IFA3WarMod that has anything to do with ai, ACE isn't an AI mod its a realism mod with many features, it is a
modular mod like IFA3WarMod which means that the mod is made up of many files that add features to your game and an individual feature can
be removed which wont break the whole mod as the whole mod isn't dependent or needs that file to run.

Vanilla IF is basically Arma2CO and IF is just a mod of it even though its a standalone game, IF uses a version of Arma2CO engine.

So because of the difference and jump to arma2CO to arma3 you might have issues, so what I suggest is to test with IFA3 itself and see what results
you get as the AI respond different in arma2CO (IF) then they do in arma3, big game and engine difference there.

After that tests though, with IFA3WarMod
for Ai theres only 3 Ai mods in the mod, in these folders @IFA3WarMod\addons remove the following files:
ace_ai.pbo
asr_ai3_main.pbo
tpw_hud.pbo

tpw_mods.pbo
tpw_sounds.pbo

test without those files and see what happens, let me know how it goes.

Great work!

Is the latest IFA3Warmod version for the multiplayer?
So is it possible to use that on a dedicated / rented server too?

Mod is not needed on the server unless you are placing the ammo boxes in a mission, otherwise you can access all new weapons,
and ammo through arsenal, or VAS. For the other features which is gameplay, you will see those ingame without the mod being
on the server, however I suggest taking out the ace in the mod and running
the new full version along side IFA3WarMod as some ace stuff should be on the server.
