You're doing a great job mate considering you've also got a fulltime job to go to.
But if you're open to feedback, I'd suggest that the whole forum layout could be made smaller and streamlined, and lots of dead wood chopped out to make it easier to navigate and make it easier for you to handle.
At the moment it's pretty confusing, I've been an IFR team member for 9 months and even I've lost track of what's going on!
I was an Admin/Mod at FGM for several years and ran it when the big boss was at work or down the pub, so if i can help let me know..[smile]

Gunter I don't know if you want this reported here or not, sorry if not the right area.

For the new units and weapons download I have an issue with one of the soldiers having a modern weapon.  JG Panzerjaeger Granatbuechse 39 spawns with a M16A2 M203 with 10x30 Rnd STANAG and 8xM203 Flare White. 

I was playing around in the editor and had him in my squad.  I thought I heard a M16 but dismissed it.  Then I noticed someone was popping flares when we got engaged, I thought cool this is nice.  He happened to run by me and popped a flare that's when I noticed the weapon.  Needless to say I shot him in the head and continued with my mission, can't have that sort of witchcraft in my squad.

Thats the problem then, i had the same issue when one of our guys Scars09 who was on IFR team released those for units and weapons for us to test,
come to find out it was because I was using IFWarMod when i was testing the units, I haven't found out what the exact issue is as in what file in IFWarMod is causing the issue,
so if you can please post your RPT, and I can possibly determine what file is the culprit.

So run the game with the same files and then when you get the other guns then take that rpt and copy it and post it here or upload it and post a link to it.

i refer to a m203muzzle config entry in the lib/weapons to get the granatbuechse to work. in a clean install the problem does not occur (meaning arma2 + if arma conversion + my weapon addon). i had a look at the rpt file, only erros related to my work is a double listing of certain unitnames, wich is actually just a info message since the game simply ignores the 2nd identical unitname.
my guess would be either cba or xeh in combination with my granatbuechse result in m16/m203 as weapon, but thats just a guess. not sure if i can fix that, maybe its enough to refer to ca/weapons instead of lib/weapons in the config, but i will need time to test that

The AT grenades are correctly configured and make use of the IF Armor /damage/penetration system.
This means that they too weak to penetrate most front and sidearmors. this also means that they have to hit in a certain angle to deliver the full ammount of damage.
with a lucky hit u may start a engine fire or injure/kill one of the crew, wich is pretty much all these grenades could do against medium/heavy tanks.i dont have the DLC, so i am not sure if there is a stuart tank on american side, but if there is one, the grenades should be able to knock it out.

The sights where changed according to historical accuracy, iron sights for the bullet, grenade sights for the grenades.
The texture isnt very pretty, i am aware of that, i will see if i can come up with something that looks a little better.

@blastcore_visuals; already in IFWarMod
@if_other_addons is the explosions addon from Awar remove this if your running blastcore, or either or dont run both.

@ifrwarmod; you have the old version of IFWarMod, as its spelled wrong.

Well the Revival mod as you coined it is not a mod at all but a number of mods from us IFR, if you review the 1st post on this
thread the only mod which is really a mission is Ragnarok that is like a campaign sorta of, a fun mission to play, theres 4 of them, aside that none
of the other mods listed on the 1st page have any missions for them, that I know of, if there were then they would be on the MR.

Thanks. I'm really enjoyed the mods so far. I'm new to Arma 2 so I'm sorry for this basic question, but how do I make the independent faction hostile to the other factions? Whenever I play as the US the German's just ignore me.

In the editor click on the button that looks like a weather button.

At the bottom of that screen "Make independents friendly to Russians, or to Germans or to everybody or to nobody"

The USA are independants

Guys, how do I install the New units and new weapons pack? I can't find it in the editor, after installing in the addons.
