Hi Aragorn, Just do like this, rename the folder

New Units and weapons

to this:

@New_Units_&_weapons
or whatever name you want to use it can be @IFR, or @NUW  (new units and Weapons) or @Units_Weapons
dont matter just make sure the addons folder with files are in it and the folder is in your arma2 directory same place where the arma2oa.exe is.

then make sure you run it with @IF which is the conversion for Iron front to Arma2CO.

As for where they are located in the editor, they will be listed under blufor under units, at the bottom.
They are the
97.Jaeger division
Polizei Division

then if you go to groups (F2) they are also listed in the same order. Dont forget the ammo boxes are under empty after you place a player.

As for the nebelwerfer thats under Wehrmacht and then static

What im going to do since you brought it to our attention is fix the folder so you can just move the folder after you extract it to your arma2
directory and not have to deal with the name issue with the addon.
and then add to the read me where the units are in the editor.

edit.. I think we forgot to list that this pack also comes with Fallshirmjaeger and not just the fg42, because they are listed under tank sturmtroopers
so i will update the first page, and the page on the MR, as well as the readme in the download, working on it right now.

Alright guys uploading the pack that is renamed, and the readme has been updated as well, will update the 1st post when is ready with the new link,
as well as the MR download page seen here:

My plan today is to record some video of some of the features in this pack, they will be short clips of the following:
Fallshirjaeger and the FG42,
97.Jaeger division
Polizei Division

That worked, Gunter, thank you. I'm very impressed by this mod, especially the Polizei camo and the Nebelwerfer. What a superb job. This summer I've rediscovered IF and began to appreciate how good the game really is. There is simply nothing like it. Thank you and all the other modders for continuing to improve it.

Update

The new download for the New units & Weapons is available it includes the following changes/additions:

=New units and weapons folder has been renamed to @NewUnits_&_Weapons
=Readme has been updated to include installation instructions, as well as locations of units and weapons in the editor, as well as some other details
=also note somehow we forgot to list and apon my discovery [rolleyes] there are Fallshirmjaeger units in this pack as well

or you can go to the 1st page of this thread and download the addons listed.

Gunter, the link for the NUW mod doesn't work anymore if I'm not mistaken.

Ya thanks for reminding me, yes thats because this past weekend my other storage for the files for the mods, texture packs ect,. was changed,
I get this new storage from a friend his name is Dirty Haz, hes also a long time member here, but the new storage is currently being worked on/updated
so all links for those files are unavailable til possibly end of today or Saturday, i will post here again and let you know when they are back up,
and update the links on the 1st post, as well as on the site when its all good.

Alright fellas all links are back up, sorry for the delay, Dirty Haz who has donated storage for the MR had to update the server on his end
and get some issues sorted with it, now its running good!

Regarding modules made for IF. Don't you think they should have (Iron Front) before the name in the editor. So it's faster to find and groups with the rest. For example the "Bombing Fix" module.
Also. "Another kind of Boom" is non modular right? It also does some of what "Bombing Fix" does except the Ai fix. Shouldn't these two be married? Or have AkoB only do the fragment part.
In all realness. The Russians did use fragmentation shells as HE. So that should be in as default.

AKB doesn't just part of BF stuff. 

BF:

- gives non-homing bombs for planes (if module on the map);
- teaches AI pilots, how to aim with such bombs (where accuracy depends on may logical factors as skill,daytime, weather...) (if module on the map);
- reduces blast radius for aerial bombs only - otherwise with free fall bombing, bombers, especially slow Ju-87, are damaged by own bombs (sic!). In vanilla bombing manner this isn't the problem, because bombs are flying faster than planes, acting more like slow homing missiles or modern, homing bombs...; this radius seems too big anyway (see below) (even without module on the map). 

AKB:

- reduces blast radius of all HE rounds in IF (default, so big blast radius is simplified way to simulate shrapnels - too simplified IMO, making HE round much overpowered - shrapnel can hit at such or greater distancies, but there is only a chance (not so big) for it, not certainty of getting damage);
- instead gives actual shrapnels to each explosion similar way, as it is by default for hand grenades, just more, some are bigger and flying faster and farther;
- the price for it is performance. Simulating many flying fast objects costs CPU. 

The only common part of both is reducing blast radius for aerial bombs. If only CPU allows I recommend use both together.

Hi Murat Welcome to IF Fan Forums!
Thanks for reminding me as I just found out the links are down for all the addons and mods, my storage space for the MR was lost I had talked with Dirty Haz who
has supplied me with the extra storage space and he lost the space but required it, so I had to get new info for the ftp and atm Im reuploading all addons, mods and texture packs,
and some patches so all links for addons,mods, and texture packs are down atm, i will have them back up on Saturday first thing.

Edit: Is it possible for you to make an arma 3 and Iron Front version for this? I suppose this is for IF arma 2 conversion mod.

Welcome. These addons are for the arma2CO conversion, the author of the new units and weapons that was on the IFR team is not with us anymore.
I know of one guy that could possibly port them to the Arma3 version but idk if he would do it, I'll ask and get back to you guys.

As for the remaining of the addons on the list I have all the files reuploaded to my ftp and I am currently updating the MR fixing all the broken links,
I will post news on the MR News thread when all links are fixed, as well as on the site itself.
