I am creating a cut scene where 4 tank crew do some tank maintenance ( repair etc…).
Later when the officer arrives, they are to be line up in front of the tank.
The action is triggered and works OK, however I can't make them face in one direction; tc2 ( tank crew no 2) always turn back on officer, and tc1 looks left.

They do not belong to any formation yet, because when I join them they will not follow commandMove. They will join later.

Any ideas how I can make it work, here is the part of script:

tc2 commandMove [9436.38,12596.1];
tc3 commandMove [9438.42,12592.5];
tc4 commandMove [9437.8,12593.9];
tc1 commandMove [9436.57,12594.5];

tc1 setDir 55;
tc3 setDir 55;
tc4 setDir 55;
tc2 setDir 55;

create a named gamelogic where they should look at, prolly need to setpos midair to prevent them looking to the ground and then just unit dowatch namegamelogic
other possibility is to try unit disableai target and unit disableai autotarget.
you can also let them watch at a id of mapobject (show id + zoom in).

There is this thread that has a small set of commands to get AI to stand and face exactly as you want them, based on copying to clipboard the exact position and direction of you the player, then using the pasted commands in the AI units init, maybe some of that pasted info can be used after the cut scene to make your AI do what you want?

Based on coping to clipboard copyToClipboard format ["this setPosATL %1;this setDir %2",getPosATL player, getDir player] does not help much. I did it at the very beginning.

Perhaps those parameters with targeting will work. I am going to  experiment tonight and let you know.

Just for my interesst, is / was there a rule (Ger, Sov,US) which person (comander, gunner etc) has to stand where? I.E. Commander left, Gunner next and so on?

disableAI "AUTOTARGET" or/and disableAI "TARGET" does not work.
However I have solve the problem -
I have created an invisible object (LookAt), and command doWatch LookAt does the trick.
